Hi - I have seen and expereinced my share of college campus housing. I used to think that I would never want my kids to live in a typical college rental when they go to college. I am sure that living in a party house seems exciting but it gets old and everyone wants a nice, clean, working home while they are in school or at a work environment.

Many campus area residents have begun their housing search for fall 2014. Our website has been updated with the 2014-2015 rentals and we are currently in the process of contacting our current residents to give them their renewal options for the next term.
